Professional Registration
I'm a professional (consultant and/or trainer), and would like to register. I understand that the cost is $120 USD for one calendar year for a listing in one database (either consultant or trainer), and $200 USD for one calendar year for a listing in both databases. Renewal invoices will be sent out one month before your annual listing expires.
As soon as we receive your registration form, we will send you an invoice that describes your payment options (through QuickBooks Online Payment, by credit card, by PayPal, or by check). We will also send you your log-in information so that you can add content to your HAT-Matrix page and see your statistics.
Once your payment has been received, your information will be available in the search results.
